Meter specialises in clever pizzas and fancy cocktails. Between three, we had a fiorentina, a crudo e rucola (prosciutto, parmesan, mushroom) and a broccoli e salsiccia (broccoli with fennel sausages), which were laid out on one continuous piece of dough with pizza cutters. It was the longest pizza we’d ever seen. And by far the best we’ve eaten in a long time. The cocktail list was impressive: the negroni was sharp and the rhubarbomb was a sweet, sugary knock-out.
