We’d passed Indian restaurant Moti Mahal hundreds of times, it’s tall windows affording glimpses of chandeliers and well-to-do diners. Lucky us, we thought, when we were invited there for an evening meeting. The service was flawless, the cocktails were fantastic and the food sophisticated. Highlights included aubergine stuffed with pear, and goat with garlic and apricots. It was the best meeting we’ve ever had. We’d like more like that, please.
