We thought the idea of a restaurant serving a fusion of Pan-Asian cuisine and tapas sounded a bit weird but after visiting last week, we’re happy to report that it works. Classic cocktails are served with a twist (we were won over by the Thai basil mojito) and we ate salmon tartare on crispy gyoza skin. But our standout dish? The spring rolls filled with chocolate with caramel sauce on the side. So good that we’re already planning our next visit.
