Italian cooking isn’t just about pizza and pasta, as we discovered when we had dinner at Tempo recently. We started with a refreshing glass of champagne, then skipped over the obvious pasta and risotto choices and plumped for a delicious fillet of sea bass served on a bed of flavoursome girolle mushrooms, followed by a deconstructed tiramisu and an espresso. Just lovely. Ask for a window seat so you can watch Mayfair go by from your table.
