Champagne moijtos in a library? Don’t mind if we do! Edinburgh’s most exclusive pop-up is back. Located inside the historic (and normally closed to the public) Signet library, it’s a real treat just to be inside – let alone be served champagne. This year, there’s also a range of cocktails on the menu – by far our favourite was the pommito, the champagne mojito. We also loved the Mediterranean anti-pasti platter.
