Move over prosecco, there’s a new fizz in town. Add some sparkle to your Sunday with exceptional British produce combined with classic French techniques and flavours. While eating you can sip on endless glasses of Mas Sardana by Franck Massard, a light and elegant cava, at Piquet, located just off central London’s Oxford Street
The Sunday lunch menu features the classic yet savvy signature dishes of roast veal sweetbreads, Romaine lettuce and Madeira sauce; steamed monkfish, seared ox tongue, Savoy cabbage and port butter sauce and poached pheasant with turnip tops and thyme dumplings. If it’s a roast you’re after, look no further than Piquet’s famous carving trolley with delicious tender cuts of 40 day-aged fore rib of beef with Yorkshire puddings, roast potatoes and horseradish cream.
