It’s currently about 34°C in Tel Aviv, Israel. That’s rather warm. But residents and visitors can cool off under this impressive six metre-high fan. It’s an art installation by artist Tal Tenne-Czacazkese and it actually works – it is solar-powered and its rotor spins 14 times for two minutes every half an hour. It’s installed in Rabin Square until the end of August.
