These new cooking pastes from Belazu are making our evening meals a lot more interesting lately. They’re a little bit Mediterranean, a little bit north African, and can be used as marinades for meat and fish, or as dressings, dips and sauces. We’ve got a tub of the chermoula paste in our fridge, which is a spicy mix of coriander and parsley and is lovely with chicken. £3.39, Waitrose
