We are amazed by this video (it’s in Chinese but you don’t need to understand what the woman is saying, it’s all in the visuals). She demonstrates a very clever way of separating the egg yolk from the white. Crack the whole egg into a bowl and use the suction from a plastic water bottle to swipe the yolk clean away. To be honest, our usual method is easy, but this looks more fun.
