From James Wong’s Grow For Flavour (Mitchell Beazley, £9.94): On a pre-made pizza base, scatter 200g goat’s cheese, 50g fresh peas and 2tbsp honey. Bake at 220°C or gas mark 7 until the crust is crisp. Garnish with oregano leaves and blackberries then serve.
